To the ground floor, an inviting living area with contemporary kitchen diner enjoys direct access out to a wonderful large private garden, with sunny small lawn and a generously proportioned terrace. The effortless flow to and from the garden provides a carefree setting here for enjoying relaxed and informal stays in the long summer months. A flat screen TV and cosy sitting area here provides the comfort of home too, whilst the well-equipped kitchen enables guests to easily prepare delicious homemade snacks and dinner parties. Guests can also enjoy unhurried alfresco meals with a stone built BBQ provided next to the large outdoor dining area.

Two spacious double bedrooms and a contemporary fitted shower room also feature to this lovely bright ground floor. Stairs also lead down to a lower ground floor, which offers a welcome touch of versatility; with a large family bedroom furnished with a double bed and set of bunk beds. A modern shower room also conveniently features to this flexible floor.
For extra convenience, larger groups can be accommodated with the help of 2 extra beds (which can be hired for 10 EU each).

Private laundry facilities are also provided within the practical and inviting ambience of this modern holiday home. The lovely 3 bed retreat features a total number of 12 internal steps. A private parking space can be found outside, within the tranquil ambience of this well-maintained and welcoming holiday residence.

The modern holiday complex also benefits from its welcoming owner Paola, who lives onsite and is always happy to assist her guests with making the most of their holiday. Her 9-seater van is ideal for airport transfers to/from Olbia and local tourist trips (upon request), whilst friendly Paola can also hire bicycles for € 2 per day and offer excursions and beach tours on her very own boat!

From July-August the streets are also made car-free and safe in the evenings, to make way for a lively market which sells a wealth of local Sardinian products, gifts and delectable delicacies to take home.
