The ground floor retreat is perfectly accessible and welcomes couples and groups of 4 to stay. Within the open plan Living room with beamed ceiling, a romantic timeless décor provides a classic Tuscan ambience. Air-con, free WiFi and a flat screen TV offer welcome home comfort to year-round stays.

Next to the charming Living space, a separate corner Kitchen is equipped with a microwave-oven, cooker hob, electric kettle, coffee machine and fridge freezer.

Guests are also well placed for reaching the cultural attractions of Viareggio (14 minutes’ drive) and the fashionable resort amenities of Forte dei Marmi (17 minutes’ drive).

Many visitor attractions can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, including Ponte del Principe and Villa la Versilia, the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago, hiking at Monte Forato and Monte Matanna and the Art Deco resort of Viareggio.
