The gated holiday home is situated along the quiet hillside road of ‘Vicolo Dietro al Circolo’. Guests are situated 18 minutes’ drive away from the eateries of town, a local supermarket, the Camaiore seafront, the popular Lido, amusement park and Museo di Canevale di Viareggio.

Guests are also well placed for reaching the cultural attractions of Viareggio (23 minutes’ drive) and the fashionable resort amenities of Forte dei Marmi (29 minutes’ drive).

Many visitor attractions can be enjoyed in the surrounding area, including Ponte del Principe and Villa la Versilia, the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago, hiking at Monte Forato and Monte Matanna and the Art Deco resort of Viareggio.
