EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Villa La Scogliera is a delightful villa located at 2 km from Quercianella, a seaside resort south of Livorno. Surrounded by a private garden (4000 sqm) with several sea views, the villa boasts a direct access to the small private rocky beach by a steep staircase. The beach is equipped with sunbeds.

Around the villa there is a large covered patio with dining table for 10 people and barbecue, to enjoy tasty alfresco meals. In addition, there are several terraces, including the spacious sun terrace placed on the roof, which offers magnificent views over the sea. The sun terrace is accessible only to adults, as it has no safety railing.

Warning: because of its several terraces and stairs (to access both the building and the private beach), this accomodation may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility and small children.
Moreover, the villa is placed near the roadside and the surrounding garden is not completely fenced, so be careful if there are any children.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The villa (250 sqm), spread over 2 floors, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms (2 doubles and 3 twins) and 4 bathrooms (including 3 with shower and 1 with bathtub).

Ground Floor: This floor, recently renovated, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

First Floor: The upper floor, which is accessed by both internal and external stairs, consists of a bright and airy living area with wonderful sea view, furnished with comfortable sofas, a wooden dining table and antiques. Then you will find an equipped kitchen (with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher).
Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make the rest of the floor.

Not included free Wi-Fi nor air conditioning. No pets are allowed.
