Casa Lia is part of a charming estate, surrounded by the stunning hills of Camaiore. Located on dominant position, the property overlooks the valleys and the riviera. It boasts the silence and relax of the countryside with the seaside and nightlife just at few minutes away from the house.


EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Casa Lia faces a wide stone paved courtyard (around 20sqm), which embrace it on 2 sides. The most privy side of the courtyard is equipped with a table for 2 people, perfect for enjoying light meals or romantic cocktails. This delightful cottage shares with another dependance the swimming pool area (72sq), provided with umbrella, sunloungers and a tempting hammock. The swimming pool area boasts also an elegant gazebo with a dining table for 8 people which offers an amazing view of the hills of Camaiore and the tops of the Alpi Apuane mountains.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
Casa Lia is a lovely stone cottage (35mq) recently renovated, part of an estate made up of the main villa (where lives the owner) and a dependance (150mt from the house). The lodge sleeps up to 3 people, has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and is spread on one level divided into day and night area.
The cottage grants its guests a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, thanks to its warm colours and to the materials such as the stone, bricks and wooden beams left exposed.
This comfortable living area is furnished with taste and the space is well balanced and shared by a cozy sofa bed (queen size) and the kitchen with a dining table for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine etc.) and improved by a working fireplace.
Follows a romantic double bedroom with a special atmosphere thanks to the stone exposed on a whole wall and to the several interior design items which let understand how fine the renovation has been cared. Completes the area, the bathroom with the shower.

Internet wi-fi and independent heating are included. The house boasts a cool weather in summertime and doesn't need air conditioning, however there is a fan in the living room and another ceiling fan in the bedroom. The washing machine is available in the garage next to the house. Pets are not allowed.
