The open plan kitchen diner is also situated in this modern space and provides all the desired appliances for a comfortable self-catering stay with a gas hob oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher with a private outdoors terrace perfect for ‘alfresco dining’ and admiring the resident and partial lake views.

The accommodation is ideal for groups of up to four with a spacious master bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with twin single beds.

A modern fully adapted bathroom with power shower, washbasin, WC and bidet completes the accommodation and laundry facilities are conveniently provided in the basement for guests use.

Resident parking is also provided just outside of the building and the shared facilities are all just a stone’s throw away from the property.

Guests can swim in the outdoor swimming pool or relax and sunbathe by the amazing lake view poolside. The stylish resident cafe bar restaurant serves as the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cappuccino, an informal light lunch or romantic evening meal and the Maccagno promenade below the residence is ideal for joggers and walkers.

The picturesque Maccagno lakefront leads to a fabulous park and beach perfect for picnics and water sport enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, wind surfing and kite surfing at the La Darsena water club which provides lessons and equipment hire. Hikers and cyclists can also enjoy this naturally beautiful area with its idyllic wooded mountains and incredible vistas.
Maccagno also provides guests with modern day amenities including a supermarket, cafes and shops. The nearby resort town of Luino also boasts a wide choice of cafes, bars, restaurants and a fabulous harbour with ferry service to the other popular resort towns of Lake Maggiore.
