The contemporary open plan Living space is complemented by free WIFI access, a private balcony and a flat screen TV. A sofa and dining area for 4 invites guests to relax and feel at home, whilst the full-equipped Kitchenette is set to cater for stress-free holiday snacks and meals. All the necessary crockery, cooking utensils and appliances are provided, including a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The light and airy apartment benefits from a generous outdoor terrace too, which is private to the apartment and basks in all-day Tuscan sun. An outdoor dining set with parasol invites guests to enjoy the garden views with timeless alfresco feasts; making it the perfect chilled-out idyll for summertime relaxation with loved ones and friends.

A couple staying will be very pleased with the Master bedroom, which benefits from a Double king size bed, a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. An additional guest can also be accommodated to a single sofa bed in the Living room. Location-

The gorgeous holiday residence is situated along Via Giuseppe Verdi, a quiet secondary road which runs parallel to the beach. The seashore and beach can be reached just 80 metres away (via the small side path along the front road). Guests are also within a 5 minutes’ walk away from the shops. Free bike rentals also provide a great excuse to enjoy exploring the surrounding highlights and reach the local amenities with ease.

Local attractions include Ponte del Principe and Villa la Versilia, the annual Puccini festival in Torre del Lago, hiking at Monte Forato and Monte Matanna, taking in the sophisticated style of the Art Deco resort of Viareggio, designer shopping in Forte dei Marmi and fabulous sightseeing trips to Lucca and Florence.
